It is part of what a graphic designer does to communicate visually with the audience in that the future belongs to the Multimedia/animation and designing industry
JPG career programme in Multimedia Animation and Viscom is designed for students who want to pursue their careers and became professionals in Media and Entertainment industry.
Students will be given practical assignments and projects defined by industry experts

All modules in this program end with the final submission of a project, which will demonstrate his/her skills in the respective field in the Media and Entertainment industry.
All JPG students are given exposure to the industry by academic activities like Seminars.

The E&Y report published in July 2021, states that the Indian media and entertainment (M&E) industry is estimated to have a revenue of USD 24 billion in 2021, which is 33% more than the revenue of 2020 which is 18 billion USD. Moreover, the revenue is projected to cross USD 29 billion by 2023 due to the increasing digital acceptance of people around the globe. It is also projected that CGAR (Compound Annual Growth Rate) can increase 17% from 2020 to 2023.
Apart from it, the digital and online ad revenue stood increased from 16% in 2019 to 23% in 2020 which is more than a 40% growth rate. Furthermore, the growth rate of the Animation Visual Effects, Gaming and Comic (AVGC) industry stood at 29% while the Audiovisual industry stood at 25%.
